Louis Pepe graduated from Adelphi University in 1992 receiving a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance. Since then he has continued his education in the industry by earning a wide variety of designations which has helped in servicing all aspects of his clients insurance needs. Louis understands that real life situations must be matched appropriately with the ever changing solutions that are available to today’s families.
As a parent of three boys he can appreciate the challenges that families face to provide a stable financial plan with a focus on planning for their family’s future. Having his eldest son in college, he has experienced the challenges with the application process and completing various financial forms. Also having a child on the spectrum, he has been able to concentrate his effort in finding ways to help his son in his future endeavors and has worked very closely with the special needs community. In 2008 he created a special needs soccer program called Just for Kicks. This program has more than 60 players and is supported solely by over 90 instructors that help these young soccer players learn the game and also helps them interact with their peer group. Louis is serving on the board of directors for the East Islip Soccer Club since 2006 and currently holds the position of Vice President of Finance.
Louis supports various programs in his community including EJ Autism Foundation, For the Kids Foundation, A Mothers Kiss, Taylors Hope, Marty Lyons Foundation and the Wounded Warrior Project. In his personal life his three boys is his main focus and in his spare time he is involved with various activities. He has run the New York City Marathon three times. The last two times he ran it in the name of EJ Autism Foundation raising move than $10,000.00 for this foundation. He participates in many of the local running races including the Long Island summer and winter series and the Long Island Half Marathon. In addition to coaching his three sons in soccer, he can often be found on the soccer field playing on the East Islip men’s team.
Another passion Louis possesses is fishing. Receiving his Merchant Mariner license in 1996 he can often
be found fishing in many of the offshore shark and tuna tournaments. He is an active member of NOAA’s shark tag and release program for the past 15 years.
To that end, Louis is involved in a wide range of his clients goals from the planning stage to implementation. It is his mission to take a personal approach where he gains an understanding of his client’s needs. Then working with his client develop an agreed upon method to address their concerns.
